Senior Software Developer
We are looking for a senior software developer with experience in agile software projects. Light develops software using C# / ASP.NET and Ruby on Rails using a flexible, iterative approach.
Experience with some or all of the following techniques is required:
- C#
- ASP.NET
- Ruby on Rails
- Spring(.NET) Framework
- (X)HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Test Driven Development
- Continuous Integration
- Source Control
- Microsoft SQL Server
- MySQL
Candidates need to be able to manage their own work, share their progress with the team using our project management tools, and be able to design (parts of) a complex software solution, make technical decisions regarding frameworks, tools, and development idioms and patterns. The candidate needs to be aware of common pitfalls in software development and avoid them taking budget, code quality, customer happiness, and team interaction into account.
Development takes place in our office in Amsterdam near central station.
